The role supports the preparation and monitoring of billing documents and ensures accurate documentation and stakeholder communication to support effective project execution and cash collection.Key AccountabilitiesThe successful candidate will support the administrative management of engineering projects, with a strong focus on invoicing, progress reporting (SAL), and credit recovery activities.
More specifically, he/she will:prepare, review, and manage progress reports (SAL) to support customer billing and project reporting activities; create and issue draft invoices, credit notes, and related supporting documentation through company systems and customer portals; monitor the invoicing process, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and billing deadlines; support credit recovery activities by monitoring outstanding receivables, following up with internal stakeholders and customers, and assisting in the resolution of billing disputes; maintain accurate records of invoicing, collections, and project documentation within company systems; interact regularly with Project Managers, Finance teams, customers, partners, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate billing and cash collection processes.Invoicing, SAL and Credit Recovery Analysismonitor and analyze invoicing performance, collections, and overdue receivables; prepare reportsand dashboards to track billing status, outstanding balances,
and cash collection activities; leverage Excel,Power BI, and other reporting tools to extract, validate, and analyze financial and project-related data; provide insights and recommendations to improve invoicing efficiency, credit recovery performance, and cash flow management.EducationBachelor's DegreeHigh School Diploma/GED in EconomicsQualificationsBachelor Degree in Economics will be a plusMinimum 2/3 years' experience in the similar rolesPast experience in the accounting and finance department of a large company, preferably Engineering consulting will be a plusExperience in accounting, finance and tax mattersFluency in English is a requirement, knowledge of other languages would be a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,Power Point, Access and profiency Excel)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage deadlines and organize monthly and quarterly monitoring activitiesPro-active customer focused approachFORESIGHT & INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making.WORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently.INTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others.DOMAIN & BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise.PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally.RINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
