This role involves providing specialized care and intervention for adolescents struggling with substance use disorders, ensuring evidence-based treatment and support.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adolescent clients to determine substance use severity and treatment needs.
/pp• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
/pp• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy sessions tailored to adolescent populations.
/pp• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to achieve positive outcomes.
/pp• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
/ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pp• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a substance use disorder counselor in the applicable state.
