ResponsabilitàPlan and manage multi-project development programs in a matrix setting
Monitor milestones, critical tasks and deadlines; analyze deviations
Organize progress review meetings; track deviation and define recovery plans
Coordinate cross-functional activities for new product development and launches
Collect and update cross-functional project progress across development stages
Produce control reports for timing monitoring and forecasting
Identify process improvements to reduce time to market
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster in mechanical engineering
Knowledge of product development processes and structured approaches
Experience with project management methodologies and tools (Primavera, SmartSheet, MS Project)
Experience with ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Windchill)
Familiarity with company processes involving technical information
Resource optimization skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, analytical and synthesis abilities
