ResponsabilitàMeet sales targets through remote activities (calls, emails, chats, virtual meetings) with existing and new customers
Develop and maintain relationships with procurement, lab managers, and end users to position the services portfolio
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Collaborate with field service engineers and internal teams to ensure a differentiated customer experience
Prepare and manage service quotations with accuracy and clear value communication
Maintain up-to-date CRM pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
Develop inside sales skills such as prospecting, objection handling, and negotiation with team support
Requisiti fondamentaliIdeal University Degree in Life Science field (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology...)
Experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or inside sales role with laboratory clients/environments
Fluency in Italian and strong professional level of English
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities using digital sales tools and CRM systems
Ability to build long-term customer relationships and communicate confidently with laboratory professionals
Independent working style with effective collaboration in a fast-paced, international team
