ResponsabilitàDesign and develop new features and modules for healthcare software solutions
Maintain and improve existing applications with emphasis on quality and performance
Write clean, tested code and deliver reliable software
Build reusable components for long-term consistency and scalability
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with Italian customers and stakeholders
Provide remote support for international projects and sites
Develop integrations with hospital and clinical IT systems
Requisiti fondamentaliSolid experience with Microsoft C# and ASP.NET Core
Strong hands-on experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs
Experience with distributed systems and system integrations
Understanding of software quality, performance, and maintainability principles
Ability to work across the full development lifecycle (design to delivery to support)
Comfortable collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams
Experience in healthcare, medical, or highly regulated environments is a plus
