OverviewAs Project Manager at XT Novigo you drive strategic client projects in collaboration with Business and IT teams.
You oversee end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to solution validation, while nurturing long-term client relationships.
You will contribute to proposals and feasibility studies and play an active role in presales to identify and shape new opportunities.
This role suits a consultative leader who translates needs into tangible project outcomes within a fintech/ banking context.

ResponsabilitàServe as main client contact across all project phases and manage stakeholder expectations
Coordinate organizational, functional, and project activities with Business Analysts and Technical Leaders
Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into concrete project solutions
Define timelines, budgets, and delivery approaches; support development, testing and validation
Contribute to proposals, offers,
and feasibility studies; support account growth by spotting new business opportunities
Engage in presales activities and strengthen client relationships to unlock evolving requirements
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years in Project Management, PMO, or Delivery Management in IT Consulting or Fintech environments
Experience managing end-to-end, complex projects with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage presales activities and translate requirements into solutions
Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities; ability to translate business needs into project outcomes
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
SQL query ability
Native Italian; proficient English
