Key Account Manager / Sales Field Manager
North-West Italy | DIY / GD / GDS & Traditional Sales Channels

From our headquarters in Erba (CO), we distribute products under the Gardena brand across the Italian market. We offer a dynamic and collaborative working environment within a solid international organization listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager and working closely with the Online Key Account Manager
Managing and developing relationships with customers, buyers and key stakeholders across the assigned sales channels
Coordinating and supporting two National Area Managers responsible for the North-East and Centre-South areas
Directly managing the North-West Italy area through regular customer and point-of-sale visits
Coordinating the activities of external sales agencies operating across the country
Independently managing the related back-office activities required by the customer portfolio
Collaborating with Marketing and After Sales teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives and customer support
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance by channel, customer and point of sale, ensuring alignment with budget objectives
Proactive and results-oriented professional
University degree; an MBA or Master's degree will be considered an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in sales and sales network management
Experience within DIY ("Do It Yourself"), Garden Centre and Hardware channels will be considered a strong advantage
Previous experience in the gardening sector will be considered an additional advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good command of English
Availability to travel frequently across Italy (approximately 50% field-based activity, with the remaining time spent in the office and home office)
