Investment Consultant Analyst - Stage

We are seeking an Intern to join our investments team, part of our People and investments business at Marsh . This role will be based in Rome . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In Investments team you will be involved in all activities related to the calculation, analysis and monitoring on investments data and to the communication with investment managers and our clients, performing analysis with guidance and instruction and supporting Institutional Investors in the following activities: asset allocation, manager selection, define, develop and implement investment strategy, risk management and ESG integration.
We will count on you to:
Working in our Investments Consulting Team you will have the opportunity to:
- Execute calculation on investment data provided by our clients, checking of reports;
- Communicate with investment managers on deep dives and on specific lines of investments;
- Prepare financial reports using Mercer tools for analysis and modelling;
- Be part of team that supports client in the selection of investment managers;
- Contribute to the delivery of routine queries for clients, investment managers, third parties;
- Support to delivery of working documents (such us proposals, relations and manuals) of high quality and on time;
- Manage projects such as on-boarding of new clients, including direct contact with clients
- Support the preparation of presentations for clients.
What you need to have:
- University master’s degree in finance;
- A strong interest for financial markets asset management and consulting;
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);
- Fluency in both Italian and English languages;
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
