A major international player in the digital delivery and e-commerce sector is currently seeking a Field Account Manager to oversee their restaurant and retail partnerships across Tuscany. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand that connects millions of users with local businesses, focusing on driving commercial success and expanding market reach.
In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant for local partners, helping them maximize their potential on a leading digital platform. The position is based on a hybrid model, requiring you to spend three to four days per week traveling within the Tuscany region to meet with business owners face-to-face, with the remaining time spent working remotely.
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of food and grocery partners.
Analyzing partner performance to provide data-driven advice on increasing order volume and average basket value.
Managing the onboarding process for new accounts to ensure they are optimized for immediate growth.
Identifying opportunities to improve partner operations and overall customer satisfaction.
Acting as a brand ambassador in the field to secure the platform as the preferred choice for local businesses.
A solid background in B2B sales or territory account management.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate with business owners at all levels.
A valid, clean manual driving license and a willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
The compensation package for this position ranges from 37,200 to 51,000 Euro annually, which includes a base salary plus commission.
