/p pAs the Senior IT Service Desk Manager you will lead and evolve the IT Support function, owning the end-to-end employee technology experience and ensuring every colleague can work efficiently.
/p pManaging a team of ten IT professionals, you will be responsible for delivering a high-performing, reliable support operation whilst driving continuous improvement.
You will transform the service desk from a reactive support function into a proactive, scalable and data-driven capability that anticipates needs, reduces friction and enables people to do their best work every day.

/h3 pYou'll join colleagues in the Milan office twice a week with flexibility to work from home.
