Identify data sources and conduct exploratory analysis to uncover actionable insights
Develop metrics, statistical analyses, ML models, and data-driven solutions
Design experiments and measurement frameworks to evaluate initiatives
Analyze key business indicators such as translation quality, revenue, and operational performance
Build prototypes and collaborate with engineers to deploy production solutions
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Present recommendations to leadership, customers, and stakeholders
Define success criteria and continuously improve deployed solutions
Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, AI researchers, sales, and customer teams
Foster reusable analytical methods and best practices across the company
Stay updated on data science, ML, analytics, and applied AI

Familiarity with data pipelines, warehouses, and analytical workflows
