Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and advising on data protection and privacy laws.

/ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pp• Juris Doctor (JD)
degree from an accredited law school with a focus on compliance, corporate law, or regulatory affairs.
/pp• Active membership in a state bar association, with at least 3 years of experience in compliance-related legal roles.
/pp• Deep knowledge of data privacy laws, such as GDPR, CCPA, or other relevant regulations.
/pp• Experience drafting and negotiating compliance policies, contracts, and legal documentation.
/pp• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulatory texts and apply them to business operations.
