OverviewAs Data Analyst - Analytics Engineering, you will shape data strategy and build scalable, AI-enabled data assets to empower decision-making.
You will join the Growth & Marketing analytics team, driving intelligent insights across the consumer funnel.
Expect to design data models and pipelines that align with a federated data strategy, and develop AI-powered workflows and dashboards that help stakeholders act on data.

ResponsabilitàLead design of the Data Mesh layer with scalable data models and governed ownership
Define and implement AI-powered agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration
Build high-impact visualisation tools and dashboards to communicate insights
Analyse complex datasets to identify patterns affecting Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Monetisation
Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product to align data work with business goals
Own end-to-end testing pipeline from opportunity identification to experiment results
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years in data-related roles (Data Engineering, Analytics, BI) with 3+ years in high-volume/big data environments
Strong command of SQL, dbt, and Python
Experience with Data Modelling, ETL, data governance, and Data Mesh at scale
AI fluency with ability to work with AI tools or agent APIs
Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver evidence-based recommendations
Stakeholder management and communication skills to lead cross-domain initiatives
Knowledge of Digital Consumer Lifecycle and user economics (ARPU, CAC, LTV)
