ResponsabilitàProvide first-line technical support via phone and ticketing systems
Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
Escalate complex cases when necessary and monitor follow-up activities
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Fluent Italian and good English skills (B2 or above)
Passion for motorcycles and vehicle technology
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in technical support, workshop environments, or after-sales services is a plus
