Stern Energy Spaa leading service company for utility-scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a:
IT Specialist – ERP Support
to provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems.
The ideal candidate has some years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms such asIFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite, and is comfortable working in an international environment requiringC1-level proficiency in both English and German.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries
Support ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements
Assist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementations
Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed
Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with IT standards
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Essential requirements and skills:
Strong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance)
Experience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support;
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
C1 level proficiency in English and B1/B2 in German (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP systems
Experience with ERP integrations and reporting tools
Background in IT support, application support, or business systems analysis
Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
Salary:€33,000–€35,000 gross per year (placement within the range will depend on experience, skills, and seniority level).
Work Arrangement:The position is primarily remote, with a planned on-site presence at our Headquarter in Parma (Emilia-Romagna, Italy) for approximately one week every five weeks.
