OverviewIn this role you will interpret business issues related to IT Pillar and recommend best practices.
You will solve complex Pillar-related IT problems and may lead functional teams or projects.
You'll be a specialist with deep IT Pillar knowledge and broad discipline understanding, driving initiatives across ERP, payroll and timekeeping ecosystems.
You will collaborate with IT and Finance to align payroll and ERP strategy with corporate goals, delivering impactful, scalable solutions.
ResponsabilitàAlign Corporate Functions – Payroll focus
Lead/manage ERP and Global Payroll Design projects
Provide immediate Payroll processing issue resolution for HR systems
Create Payroll campaigns and recurring reports
Manage Payroll interfaces to benefits, unemployment reporting, and banking
Oversee Global Timekeeping landscape and Oracle Time & Labor implementation
Maintain relationships with key Corporate Finance users
Support and test new business technology/automation needs
Collaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues
Support ERP and Payroll product initiatives and ensure IT project methodology and controls are followed
Communicate project and status updates to stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree with 8+ years of IT experience
Lead or administrator role in IT supporting EPCI business applications
Extensive functional knowledge in Payroll and leadership experience
Extensive Project Management experience
Experience with ERP and BI tools
Finance IT SME in Timekeeping, General Accounting, Job Cost, Sub-ledgers,GL and Close Cycles
Knowledge of Tax, Treasury, Audit, Financial Reporting, Project Accounting, Billing & Revenue (nice to have)
