OverviewAs a Field Service Engineer, you will execute service tasks across installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while adhering to Hitachi Energy standards and safety guidelines.
You will work hands-on with HV equipment, analyze technical issues on-site or remotely, and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery.
You will coordinate materials and report outcomes, driving improvements to prevent repeated faults.
This role offers front-line impact in a mission-driven energy tech environment with substantial field travel.

ResponsabilitàPerform service tasks across multiple categories including installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits
Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Coordinate availability and quality of materials, parts, and tools for service activities
Prepare documentation and reports for customer sign-off
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their needs
Apply safety and environmental practices and report unsafe conditions
Travel within Italy to service sites (>80%)
Contribute to customer satisfaction by aligning work with customer orders and expectations
Requisiti fondamentaliElectrotechnical diploma
On-site experience with HV equipment
Fluency in Italian and English
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel in Italy (>80%)
