OverviewAs a Home Office Construction Engineer in Wood's Life Sciences division in Milan, you will provide construction input during the engineering phase and help shape the execution strategy for pharmaceutical and biotech facilities.
You'll collaborate with designers, engineers and the Home Office team to maximize constructability and ensure compliant, safe installation sequencing.
The role offers hybrid work, international mobility and exposure to global life sciences projects.
You will contribute to feasible construction methods and develop site procedures and logistic plans that support project success.

ResponsabilitàProvide construction input throughout the engineering phase
Assist with construction strategy, execution planning and contracting strategy
Contribute to evaluation and selection of construction contractors
Prepare and review documents for installation sequencing approvals
Create project-specific site procedures and work practices
Deliver Construction Engineering per project requirements and Home Office procedures
Liaise with designers, engineers and Home Office Construction Manager to maximize constructability
Assist with construction feasibility and method studies
Prepare and review plans, drawings, specifications, requisitions and bid summaries for temporary construction facilities
Assist in developing project logistics strategy and laydown areas
Review project metrics with Coordinator/Manager
Assess project requirements and constructability to assist the construction execution plan
Provide Home Office clarification on site issues via cross-department communication
Maintain records to ensure quality assurance
Liaise with field staff on construction engineering matters
Requisiti fondamentalitwo years of experience in a similar role
fluency in English and Italian
availability for assignments in Italy and abroad
familiarity with Microsoft Software Package
