ResponsabilitàDefine and drive the clinical development strategy for Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Hypertension and Interstitial Lung Diseases in line with R&D; and commercial objectives
Serve as senior clinical representative in global cross-functional governance for asset development and prioritization
Maintain in-depth knowledge of scientific, regulatory, and competitive landscapes within respiratory medicine
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Clinical Development professionals across multiple geographies
Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans for individuals and the team
Foster a culture of trust, empowerment, collaboration,
and accountability
Drive operational excellence through coaching, resource planning, and risk mitigation
Participate in departmental and broader talent development, succession planning, and leadership forums
Provide medical and scientific leadership across all phases of clinical trials
Ensure optimal study designs, endpoints, and execution strategies to support regulatory approval and market access
Contribute to health authority briefing documents and major regulatory submissions
Requisiti fondamentaliMinimum 8–10 years in pharmaceutical R&D; with substantial clinical development leadership roles
Significant experience designing and executing comprehensive clinical development plans
Track record of driving programs from early development to regulatory submission and approval
Experience leading global clinical teams in matrixed environments
MD with board certification in pulmonology or relevant area preferred
English fluency
