pstrongJob Role /strong /ppThe HR Coordinator – International Projects is a key contributor within the Human Resources function, responsible for coordinating and driving HR initiatives across multiple countries.
The role ensures consistency, alignment, and effective implementation of global HR policies and processes, supporting organizational growth and acting as a strategic link between Headquarters, local HR teams, and international stakeholders.
/ppPosition Purpose /ppTo provide integrated and structured coordination of international HR processes, contributing to organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and regulatory compliance, with a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective on the HR function.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppInternational HR Project Coordination /pulliLead and coordinate cross-country HR projects (e.G. set-up and development of local HR structures, roll-out of global HR policies, process harmonization initiatives).
/liliPlan and manage project timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
/liliAct as a central point of contact between HQ, local HR teams, external consultants, and international partners.
/li /ulpCore HR Activities /pulliRecruitment Talent Acquisition: support and coordinate international hiring strategies, including selection processes and onboarding activities.
/liliLearning Development: contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of training programs and leadership development initiatives.
/liliPerformance Management: support performance review cycles, talent assessment, and development processes.
/liliCompensation Benefits: support the definition and governance of compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with local market practices and internal equity.
/liliEmployee Relations: support the management of employee relations and day-to-day HR matters across different geographies.
/li /ulpPolicies, Processes,
and Compliance /pulliEnsure effective deployment and consistent application of global HR policies and procedures across all countries of operation.
/liliMonitor compliance with local labor laws and regulations, in collaboration with legal advisors and payroll providers.
/liliSupport internal and external audits, as well as HR governance and reporting requirements.
/li /ulpStrategic Support and HR Reporting /pulliPrepare and consolidate international HR reporting (KPIs, headcount, workforce costs, turnover, etc.).
/liliProvide qualitative and quantitative analysis to support leadership decision-making.
/liliContribute to change management initiatives, organizational design, and continuous improvement projects.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Work or Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
/lili4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar roles.
/liliProven experience in managing international HR projects and working in multi-country or matrix organizations.
/liliSolid understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
/liliGood knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices.
/liliStrong project management and coordination skills.
/liliProficiency in HRIS, HR analytics, and reporting tools.
/liliStrong organizational and coordination capabilities, with a global mindset.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
/liliStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
/liliAbility to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities and projects.
/liliFluent in English and Italian; br / additional languages are a strong advantage.
