OverviewIn this role, you will support the management and evolution of Ferrero's Operations KPI framework at group level, focusing on data collection, analysis and performance monitoring.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability and timely reporting, enabling informed operational decisions.
You will develop and refine dashboards and reporting tools, driving standardization of KPI methodologies and continuous improvement.
This position offers a global scope within the Industrial & Supply Chain domain, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and actionable insights.
You will work in a dynamic, international environment to help Ferrero scale performance measurement across
ResponsabilitàDevelop, maintain and continuously improve Group Operations dashboards with accurate and timely KPI data
Monitor performance, identify trends and anomalies, and produce ad hoc analyses to support decision making
Gather business requirements from Industrial & Supply Chain functions and align reporting needs with business priorities
Collaborate with IT and digital teams to enhance dashboard functionality and data quality
Standardize KPI methodologies, documentation and reporting practices across the organization
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
experience in performance analysis, business intelligence or analytics within structured organizations
strong analytical skills and comfort with large datasets
experience with KPI reporting, dashboard development and performance monitoring
proficiency in Excel and BI platforms (Power BI, Power Apps)
ability to collaborate with stakeholders in an international environment
fluency in English
