Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) ExpertLa preghiamo di leggere attentamente le informazioni contenute in questo annuncio di lavoro per comprendere esattamente cosa ci si aspetta dai potenziali candidati.NTU Internationalis preparing a proposal for the project"Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost."The programme aims to strengthen cooperation betweenAfrica and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.In this context, we are seeking a highly qualifiedNon Key Expert – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expertto support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the programme's monitoring, evaluation and learning framework.Minimum Qualifications and SkillsUniversity degree atMaster's levelinevaluation, statistics/data science, development economics, social sciences, or a related field.
In the absence of such degree,four additional years of relevant professional experience .
Excellent command ofEnglish .
Working knowledge ofFrench and/or Portuguesewill be considered an asset.Minimum General Professional ExperienceMinimum8 years of professional experienceinmonitoring and evaluation, results-based management, programme evaluation and/or applied data analysis .
Minimum Specific Professional ExperienceAt least4 years of professional experiencein thedesign and/or operation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworksfor donor-funded or complex multi-partner programmes, including indicators, baselines, data collection protocols, evidence consolidation and/or impact assessment.
