As the principal contact for Italian-speaking clients, you will resolve customer inquiries across phone, live chat, and email channels. Core Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Address incoming inquiries in fluent Italian via telephone, email, and live messaging with a polite, professional, and helpful tone.
- Issue Diagnostics: Identify customer issues, pinpoint the root causes of difficulties, and provide prompt, customized solutions.
- Documentation: Record all case details, account updates, and troubleshooting steps accurately within our central CRM database.
- Target Management: Consistently hit essential operational benchmarks, including CSAT scores, First Contact Resolution, and Average Handle Time standards.
- Ongoing Learning: Attend regular development programs to stay up to date on platform updates, company guidelines, and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- Language Capabilities: Fluent C1/C2-level Italian, paired with at least B2-level English proficiency for software usage, internal communication, and training modules.
- Shift Availability: Full adaptability to work rotating shift rosters operating across a 24/7 schedule.
- Workplace Presence:
Full-time, on-site daily presence required at our modern Lisbon facility.
- Legal Eligibility: Valid EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or legal authorization to work in Portugal.
- Essential Skills: Excellent active listening capabilities, strong communication talents, poise under pressure, and an optimistic attitude.
Compensation Models
- Option A: Local Contract (For Local Applicants)
- Base Remuneration: €1,262.33 gross monthly (paid across 12 months)
- Housing: Self-arranged living setup
- Target Profile: Candidates currently living in Lisbon or managing their own accommodation
- Option B: Relocation Contract (For Moving Candidates)
- Base Remuneration: €1,059.00 gross monthly (paid across 12 months)
