As our new Commissioning Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and commission pumps and water treatment systems while serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers. You will join a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture focused on growth, well-being, and belonging.
What you will be doingAs part of the Commercial Service team, you will deliver field service and technical solutions that maximize water system reliability and strengthen customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and commission water treatment systems and accessories in the field and workshop
- Identify root causes of mechanical, electrical,
and system failures, providing technical advice at system and application level
- Perform hydraulic tests, energy checks, and risk assessments before service activities
- Prepare repair quotes, write service/FAS reports, and share customer leads with the sales team
- Work with Service Coordinators on job planning and support installations with the sales department
- Operate and maintain workshop equipment, including drill presses, lathes, and mills

- Associate's degree in engineering or technical education (electrician, mechanic), or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of relevant service experience
