ResponsabilitàProvide complex design and systems engineering configurations
Collaborate with Solution Architects on CR and CSR cases
Maintain high-level knowledge of F5 and relevant industries
Identify solutions for customer objectives using Sales Strategy and Messaging
Develop and support customer/partner presentations
Articulate technical value and business benefits of F5 solutions
Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and share insights
Contribute to case studies, white papers, and media articles
Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team environment
Negotiate effectively and manage conflicts
Utilize SE tools (SalesForce.com, Vivun, Sharepoint, Highspot) and AI-oriented tools
Maintain detailed account profiles with sales team
Understand and leverage F5 organizational resources
Deliver world-class pre-sales support and act as trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
Lead strategic opportunities and develop SME focus on technologies (App delivery, App Security, AI, microservices)
Create customized product presentations with an outcome-driven sales approach
Provide consultative support and create POC documentation
Align business requirements with technical account strategy
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, and Technical Support
Perform independently and creatively solve problems
Support channel partner sales initiatives and provide partner training
Give channel partners technical oversight and expertise
Post-sales: follow escalation processes and collaborate to resolve issues
Work with Support and customers/partners to resolve issues
Requisiti fondamentaliSignificant pre-sales / Systems Engineering experience
Experience across Public Clouds, Application Delivery, Security, Networking, DevOps, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS
Knowledge of AI Apps and AI environments is a plus
Linux OS, scripting, and administration
Programming / DevOps experience is a plus
AI Apps development is a plus
Strong presentation and communication skills
F5 core product knowledge or equivalent experience with competitors
In-depth understanding of Application Delivery and Security solutions
Excellent written and oral communication
Fluent English; Italian native speaker
