Solid knowledge of strongLean Manufacturing /strong principles (Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, OEE, Takt Time) /pp? Basic knowledge of strongSix Sigma /strong methodology (Green Belt or active study path is a plus) /pp? Advanced proficiency in strongMicrosoft Excel /strong (data analysis, pivot tables, structured models) and strongPowerPoint /strong (professional presentation design) /pp? Familiarity with and ability to use strongArtificial Intelligence (AI) /strong tools for data analysis, process optimization, and problem-solving /pp? Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with numbers, data collection,
and structured problem-solving /pp? Excellent interpersonal skills — you'll work directly with client teams on the floor /pp? Availability for strongfrequent short-term travel /strong (typically 2–3 days per week on-site) /pp? strongVAT registration required /strong (freelance / P.IVA — mandatory) /ppbr / /ppstrongNice to have: /strong /pp? Prior experience in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or medical device environments /pp? Familiarity with production KPIs (OTD, WIP, Lead Time) /pp? Experience using CAD tools or plant layout software /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat you'll do: /strong /ppYou'll work alongside a senior consultant on structured plant turnaround projects: data collection and analysis, process mapping, layout design support, KPI tracking, and client team facilitation.
