The Opportunity
As part of the Global Procurement organization,
you will collaborate with manufacturing plants, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple regions, contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives and supply chain optimization projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing sourcing and procurement projects within an international environment.
Identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers on a global scale.
Leading RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
Driving cost optimization and value improvement initiatives.
Monitoring supply markets, supplier performance, and sourcing risks.
Partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support new product introductions and operational excellence initiatives.
Participating in cross-functional projects with direct exposure to international leadership teams.
