This position is a central point, responsible for seeking and cultivating new business opportunities in order to foster company growth. The candidate must be comfortable with a high volume of daily phone calls, generate interest, and qualify prospects up to closing sales.
Responsibilities

- Prospecting and lead generation - analyzing and qualifying the database and references (cold calls).
- Maintain and expand the prospect database in the assigned territories.
- Understand the needs and requirements of clients and propose appropriate training solutions/programs.
- Answer incoming client calls and suggest complementary products/services to generate business opportunities.
- Respond to and assist clients regarding the loyalty program (RISCO Stars) and the RISCO Cloud revenue program.
- Develop business opportunities by seeking and identifying new accounts, contacting new clients, building relationships, and providing information, explanations, and quotes.
- Transfer qualified opportunities to the relevant sales representative for development and closure.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to obtain their feedback, ensure their satisfaction, and develop ideas to strengthen the value proposition.
- Keep records of all client interactions (phone calls, emails, meetings, quotes) updated in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify possible improvements / provide offers, training, marketing guidelines, competitor analysis, and other business-related topics.
- Develop customer accounts by reviewing purchase history, suggesting related or new products, and explaining value propositions. xysqume
- Ensure support in order processing and administrative activities related to sales.
Requirements

- Knowledge of inside sales techniques (negotiation, cross-selling and upselling)
- Ease on the phone and experience in handling a high volume of daily calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening and good presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to learn quickly and independently
- Initiative and autonomy
- Constant maintenance of knowledge on current and future company products and services
- Advanced professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Starting salary: based on CCNL COMMERCIO/TERZIARIO Confcommercio - Level 2. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications and suitability for the role
