Overview
In this role you will drive growth for Lonza’s Drug Product Services across the EMEA region by acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships. You will collaborate with Business Development, Global Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to promote capabilities and convert prospects into clinical and commercial programs. Build strategic relationships from technical experts to executives, represent Lonza at events, and shape regional go-to-market strategies. This is a customer-facing role that combines deep biologics domain expertise with a fast-moving global environment.

Responsabilità
- Drive new business opportunities for the DPS BU across the EMEA region
- Develop strategic relationships with target accounts from technical contacts to executive leadership
- Deeply understand the DPS market to differentiate Lonza’s services




- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth and inform GTM strategies
- Lead or support outreach initiatives (marketing campaigns, SME-driven presentations) to raise brand visibility
- Stay informed on regional biotech/pharma ecosystems and the CDMO landscape
- Collaborate with internal functions to align and support key opportunities in the territory

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of commercial experience in the CDMO or pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
- Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and build internal networks
- Track record in sales of aseptic filling and fill-finish services (liquid vials, lyophilized vials, cartridges, PFS/syringes)
- Experience selling to a broad customer base from startups to large pharma
- Familiarity with CRM too
