To strengthen our team in Milan we are currently looking for a:
You’ll be a senior individual contributor with real cross-team influence:
the person who defines how we test, what we automate, and how quality becomes everyone’s responsibility rather than a gate at the end of the pipeline. You’ll support engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.
We run Scrum with two-week sprints across multiple product squads building complex financial software — web applications (Angular / Java Spring Boot) and native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
Quality engineering is a key pillar of our delivery model: from acceptance criteria defined before a sprint begins, to automated gates in CI/CD, to structured regression across client environments. We’re looking for someone who can own and continuously raise that bar.
