Junior Risk Engineer – Risk Engineering

Overview
In this role you will perform risk assessments to identify, analyze and evaluate risks for corporate clients and share best practices to improve risk quality. You will support the global strategy and contribute to underwriting profitability by translating risk insights into actionable mitigation. You will conduct customer visits, produce risk assessment reports, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, and client relationship teams. Based in Milan or Mogliano Veneto with frequent travel, you’ll help drive risk management across the business and align with the company’s risk improvement objectives.

Responsabilità
- Carry out customer visits and prepare risk assessment reports with mitigation recommendations
- Provide risk management guidance to support the risk management journey
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims and Client Relationship Management teams




- Share best practices for risk improvement and contribute to the global strategy
- Support risk quality enhancement and underwriting profitability

Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree in an engineering discipline (Industrial Engineering)
- A couple of years of experience as a Risk Engineer or in an engineering firm (plus)
- Analytical mindset with ability to work in team and independently
- Good communication skills in English and Italian
- B driving license and willingness to travel frequently
