In this role you lead engineering projects from quotation to production for an international development team. You act as the technical lead and single point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget control within Automotive SPICE guidelines. Your work supports cross-functional collaboration and delivery quality in a dynamic automotive environment. This position offers the chance to influence project execution at scale and contribute to safe, reliable automotive systems.
Responsabilità
- Manage and coordinate all engineering project activities from quotation to production phase
- Act as the technical lead of an international development team
- Serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain engineering timing to meet customer milestones
- Document project progress according to Automotive SPICE development process
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Requisiti fondamentali
- Several years’ experience in project management in the automotive industry
- Expertise in system development and functional safety
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural competency
- Fluent in English and Italian
