As Groups Sales Manager, you drive international group and MICE business for Bvlgari Hotel Roma, shaping strategic sales initiatives and large-event growth. You will manage key corporate and group accounts, forge global partnerships, and ensure flawless event execution from proposal to close. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Operations, aligning offers with brand standards and revenue targets. You’ll travel to engage with international clients and participate in industry events, elevating the hotel’s luxury profile. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a results-driven luxury hospitality professional.

Responsabilità
- Lead sales strategies for international groups and MICE, corporate groups, and high-profile events.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive repeat business and revenue growth.
- Identify new opportunities via cold outreach,



networking, trade shows, site inspections, and events.
- Prepare and execute an International Sales Plan focused on Groups.
- Travel internationally to generate inquiries across the MICE segment.
- Collaborate with Marriott Global Sales MICE teams to target international clients.
- Coordinate with reactive teams to prepare contracts and proposals for groups and events.
- Organize site inspections to showcase capabilities and spaces.
- Work with Marketing, Revenue Management, F&B;, Events, and Operations to craft offers and execute group events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and client-facing engagements to enhance reputation.

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in international group sales and MICE in luxury hospitality.
