Overview
In this role you manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts, driving long-term satisfaction and revenue growth. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and tailored strategies aligned with client goals. You will conduct performance reviews and present insights to senior stakeholders, shaping campaigns and partnerships in a dynamic, international environment. This is a hands-on role that combines analytics with strategic client storytelling to maximize impact.

Responsabilità
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts to ensure long-term success
- Strengthen client relationships via regular presentations, performance reviews, and in-person meetings
- Identify growth opportunities and maximize revenue through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Conduct in-depth campaign analysis and translate data into actionable insights




- Build tailored strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical Account Management for onboarding and ongoing support
- Monitor KPIs and campaign margins, proactively recommending optimizations
- Process campaign orders and ensure timely payments

Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising
- Preferably experience in AdTech within DSPs, agencies, or advertisers
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; Excel and PowerPoint proficient
- Proven ability to manage clients directly and drive commercial opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- Consultative mindset; translate client needs into actionable solutions
- Results-driven, proactive, and problem-solving approach
- Fluency in Italian and English (C1) and based in Milan
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
