- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding needs and identifying ownership opportunities
- Present products and services and educate customers on buying options
- Stay up to date on Apple products, services, and sales processes
- Support peers by sharing knowledge and assisting with ownership opportunities
- Maintain accuracy and follow guidance; perform other store tasks as needed
- Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values in daily activities
