Overview
In this role, you will support Costa’s Italian market by turning market trends and sales data into actionable plans that drive revenue and commercial effectiveness. You’ll partner with Sales Planning and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor performance, assist forecasting and budgeting, and deliver insights that inform decisions. The position emphasizes data-driven analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of planning tools to enable fact-based actions. You will work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment that values curiosity, rigor, and impact.

Responsabilità
- Monitor sales performance against targets, forecasts, and prior-year results to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze booking, channel, and product performance to uncover drivers and assess promotions’ impact.
- Support budgeting, forecasting,
and target-setting processes and flag deviations for timely action.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards using multiple data sources; drive automation and accessibility of insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance and other stakeholders; translate data into clear insights for decision-making.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in Sales Planning, Business Analysis, Commercial Controlling or similar analytical roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling large datasets.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate into business actions.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
