We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) Business Line in Italy to drive our Revamping commercial growth and business opportunities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Head of Sales in defining and executing the Sales Action Plan, including:

- Building and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline
- Understanding strategic decisions of key investors
- Forecasting business opportunities
- Identifying target customers
- Leading the full business development cycle through to contract signature
- Identify new clients and business opportunities, and lead negotiations for new revamping contracts in collaboration with the Head of Sales
- Proactively contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies, integrating recommendations from corporate departments
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead offer preparation in collaboration with Tender Managers, defining scope and pricing strategies
- Support the development of new revamping solutions alongside the Head of Sales and Head of O&M; Operations
- Contribute to brand promotion initiatives
- Ensure strong coordination between O&M; Managers, Revamping Project Managers,
and Engineering teams to guarantee both technical and commercial success of projects
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles (mandatory)
- Over 10 years of experience in EPC, Service, or O&M; environments (preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector (preferred)
- Proven track record in negotiating and budgeting EPC/O&M;/Service contracts
- Strong understanding of the solar and/or wind asset industry (asset owners, asset managers, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian)
