Overview
In this role, you will drive international growth for a fast-growing software company based in Naples. You will guide the international go-to-market strategy and oversee operational excellence across the business in collaboration with the Founder. You’ll define and monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and ensure efficient use of budgets and resources. The position focuses on scaling the product internationally while maintaining compliance with standards and fostering a high-performance team culture. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the company’s growth trajectory and impact in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsabilità
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for internationalisation of the product
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise performance
- Collaborate with the Founder to support strategic initiatives
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and ensure targets are met




- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across departments
- Oversee daily operations and align with organisational objectives
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans aimed at internationalisation of the product
- Proven expertise in operational management within the software / technology industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
