Job DescriptionAs Industrialization Engineer you will report to Production Engineering Analyst Team Leader
Your Responsibilities
- Under general direction,
supports the introduction of new products to the manufacturing facility following the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes.
- Work with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability.
- Develop and processes associated documentation, estimates manufacturing cost, and initiate execution of prototype and pilot activities.
- Work on issues of diverse scope where requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- May lead small special project teams within or external to the Industrialization group.
- You will understand PCB assembly and manufacturing processes and constraints.
- You will have understanding of design for manufacturing and design for compliance methodologies associated with printed circuit board assembly.
- You will be proficient in IPC-A-610 and soldering processes.
- You will also be knowledgeable about coatings, underfill, and manufacturing test.
