Responsabilità
- Develop new business opportunities in the Defense sector
- Identify stakeholders and decision-makers in strategic clients
- Manage commercial prospecting and relationship-building
- Promote engineering services and component development solutions
- Drive cross-selling and transversal competencies
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry players and institutions
- Collaborate with industrial and consulting partners to access projects
- Define commercial offers with Project Leaders
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Conduct scouting and business development in Aviation
- Support partnership development and new opportunities
- Manage client and partner relationships
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering (field not strictly specified)
- 2–4 years in commercial or business development roles within Defense/Aerospace/Engineering Services
- Experience managing complex clients and structured industrial environments
- Familiarity with military or aerospace commercial dynamics
- Strong commercial attitude and networking skills
- Excellent negotiation and proposal development capabilities
- Dynamic and results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel 30–50% within Italy
