Overview
As a Sr. Account Executive for Fever for Business in Italy, you will lead enterprise and strategic client relationships to accelerate revenue growth. You’ll shape local go-to-market strategy, advise on client needs in culture and live entertainment, and drive new logo acquisition. You’ll work across Marketing, Partners and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment and sustainable, recurring revenue. This is a high-impact, fast-growing role in a global B2B unit that turns live entertainment into a scalable service.

Responsabilità
- Own relationships with Enterprise and Strategic prospects and clients in your territory
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Own pipeline creation and deal cycle management (MEDDIC-style)
- Drive new logo growth and land & expand motion for top-tier customers
- Leverage Fever’s ecosystem and your network to identify and engage prospects
- Map and multi-thread key stakeholders within the territory
- Craft and execute creative outreach to improve pipeline quality
- Build lasting client relationships generating recurring revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partners, Operations for alignment
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and high customer service standards
- Thrive on change while staying organized, adaptable, optimistic, and coachable
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, Media, Entertainment, MICE or similar a plus)
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with MEDDIC/SPIN or similar methodologies (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; comfo
