Manufacturing Manager – Molding
We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager – Molding to lead our Molding operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards,
and operational performance are achieved while fostering a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large production organization, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring key manufacturing KPIs, and supporting the growth and development of people. You will play a key role in a strategic phase of organizational growth and transformation, helping to further strengthen production processes, team effectiveness, and operational performance.

- Lead the Molding department, ensuring the achievement of production volume, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Manage and develop a production organization of approximately 70 employees across continuous shift operations.
