Overview
In this role you will optimize and manage the online presence for one of our Group brands across defined markets. You drive e-commerce performance, oversee day-to-day site operations, and deliver KPI and journey analytics to inform decisions. You will collaborate with local teams and internal partners to improve customer experience, plan promotions, and forecast demand. This is a data-driven, cross-functional position with exposure to the full digital marketing mix, focused on merchandising and revenue growth.

Responsabilità
- Drive revenues to hit annual targets
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce platform operations for usability and performance
- Analyze traffic, sales data and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage commercial calendar for assigned brands
- Improve homepage/category content and ensure promotions are tested before deployment
- Forecast from historical data and market trends
- Partner with Ecommerce Manager to set priorities and schedules
- Coordinate with development to fix website bugs and with Customer Services to incorporate VOC feedback
- Engage with SEO, PPC, affiliates and email marketing as part of the digital marketing mix (merchandising focus)
Requisiti fondamentali
- 6+ years of eCommerce experience in fast-moving consumer environment or similar
- Proven track record in multi-country B2C ecommerce growth
- Data-driven with regular KPI analyses
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and BI tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Independent worker and team player with good communication
- Good English written and verbal communication
- Basic knowledge of cyber security and information protection principles
