Overview
In this on-site role in Milan, you will manage all project documentation through the document control system, ensuring accurate versioning and filing for fast-paced data centre projects. You will coordinate drawings, RFIs and technical submittals with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to support programme delivery. You will maintain compliance and audit-ready records, and act as the central point of contact for document-related queries. You will produce regular reports and help streamline processes to improve efficiency in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Responsabilità
- Manage and maintain project documentation with proper version control and filing
- Coordinate flow of drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals between site, consultants,



and subcontractors
- Ensure documentation meets project, client, and regulatory standards with full traceability
- Act as central point of contact for document-related queries across engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams
- Produce regular document control reports and identify process improvements

Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects
- Based within a commutable distance of Milan
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
