Overview
In this role you lead the development and operation of biomethane assets across Italy, aligning regional construction, operations, and QSE with the company strategy. You drive project execution, operational efficiency, and value creation while upholding quality, safety, and environmental standards. You work with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and foster continuous improvement. This is a pivotal role shaping biomethane activities for sustained growth and responsible leadership.

Responsabilità
- Define and implement strategy, objectives, and budget for regional teams across Italy
- Monitor KPIs, forecast activities, manage P&L;, and provide monthly reporting
- Coordinate and control projects/services to optimize resources, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee cost management and invoicing, analyze deviations, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Identify and implement process and system improvements to drive efficiencies
- Guard quality, safety, and environmental standards and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead and coordinate teams,



overseeing People & Culture policies for motivation and development
- Support M&A; by providing technical and operational insights for asset evaluations
- Foster value generation, rapid decision-making, customer focus, and continuous improvement
- Be a member of the management team, integrating operations, maintenance, construction, quality, safety, and environmental matters

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the energy sector
- Deep knowledge of the biomethane value chain, key players, and stakeholders
- Proven experience in project management and complex project delivery
