Overview
As Marketing Coordinator, you support planning and delivering marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, revenue, and guest experiences. You work across hotel departments and with external partners to promote outlets, events, and experiences, ensuring brand standards are maintained. You manage campaigns, social media, content, photography, and assets, moving ideas from concept to execution. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and help shape the guest journey through coordinated promotions. This role offers a hands-on chance to impact luxury hospitality marketing within a global brand.

Responsabilità
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Manage and update social media channels and digital content
- Coordinate marketing materials, photography, and creative assets
- Support promotion of hotel outlets, events, and special offers
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/partners




- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting
- Ensure communications align with brand guidelines and standards

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
- 1 year of marketing experience in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality
- Strong execution and coordination skills with a creative and communicative mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Hands-on and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Marriott International is a plus
