Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives within the Corporate Supply Chain Team, supporting the global roadmap and governance. You partner across functions to optimize performance, budgeting, and project delivery while advancing S&OP;, data analytics, and digital tool adoption. You enable sustainable efficiencies and risk mitigation, acting as a business partner to protect and grow the supply chain. You will work on cross-functional projects and lead governance for multiple initiatives with a hands-on, analytical approach.

Responsabilità
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain roadmap design and implementation, coordinating diagnostics and improvement initiatives
- Lead performance management by defining and reviewing metrics, harmonizing cross-BU KPIs, and translating KPI concepts into reporting
- Support budgeting processes, consolidating inputs, and liaising with Finance for governance
- Act as reference for project management and governance in both supply chain and cross-functional projects




- Advance S&OP; and Demand Planning excellence by standardizing processes, tools, and agendas
- Drive operational improvements in manufacturing, reducing lead times and improving visibility
- Lead digital tools rollout and act as change agent for new supply chain tools

Requisiti fondamentali
- 7+ years in complex supply chains, consulting or related areas
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across roles and levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Pharma experience is advantageous
- Analytical thinking
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive continuous improvement mindset
- MS Office (Excel: nested formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP; PowerPoint for executive storytelling)
- SAP IBP and/or other supply chain tools
- Forecasting tools (knowledge is a plus)
