Overview
In this on-site Project Manager role, you will oversee day-to-day field activities, coordinate information flow, and track design, progress, quality, and safety issues to keep projects on track. You will support meeting minutes, design approvals, and site walkthroughs while promoting safety and progress. You’ll help implement quality management and drive issue resolution and close-out actions with the project team. This position offers growth within a dynamic environment and aligns with Hill’s focus on delivering solid construction management outcomes.

Responsabilità
- Monitor day-to-day field activities and coordinate information flow
- Assist in preparing minutes for project site meetings




- Track design approvals/validation processes and ensure timely responses
- Undertake regular site walks to observe safety and progress
- Assist in development and implementation of quality management
- Monitor activities and site works, record non-conforming work, and drive follow-up and close-out actions

Requisiti fondamentali
- University Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Development Management and Project Management
- Fluency in Italian and English
