We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team, and we're looking for a Sensory & Innovation Intern to join our Innovation Center in Turin.
You will become part of our Sensory & Shelf Life Team within the R&D; Department, where you'll support sensory analysis activities, manage tasting sessions, prepare samples, and process data — all contributing to a deeper understanding of coffee from a sensory and innovation perspective.
Your Day-to-day Activities
Carry out bibliographic research
Support the creation of analytical and experimental plans
Assist in practical tasting activities and sample preparation
Support internal assessor training and sample analysis
Collect, organize, and process data to contribute to report drafting
Collaborate with the Sensory Manager and team in the daily management of tasting panels
Who We're Looking For
You're available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. Starting date: October 2026
You hold a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology
You' re fluent in Italian and English
You've probably had an international experience – language course or exchange programme? Way to go
You're passionate about sensory analysis and eager to learn through hands‐on experience
You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an extended international team
You're creative, proactive, and confident with Excel and PowerPoint
