As part of the IT Business Partnership team, you will help drive Costa's transformation agenda by connecting business needs, technology capabilities, and delivery priorities.
From demand shaping and business case development to program governance and execution, you will support the successful delivery of initiatives across commercial, digital, financial, and operational domains. Working with Business leaders, Product teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI, and external partners, you will contribute to maximizing the value of technology investments while enabling a more product- and capability-oriented way of working.
Demand Management & Business Partnership
You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping identify, qualify, and prioritize strategic needs.
